Free U.S. shipping

Palm Grip Gym currently ships to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum purchase.

Order processing

Orders are fulfilled by our supply partner, Zendrop. Its general processing estimate is 1–3 business days, or up to 5 business days during peak periods. This is an estimate, not a guarantee for an individual order. Supplier stock or freight delays may extend processing. Processing occurs before dispatch and is separate from transit.

Delivery and tracking

Our supplier currently reports an average U.S. transit time of approximately 8 days after dispatch. This does not include processing and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery can vary by destination, carrier, holidays, and other delays.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Check that your shipping address is complete before placing your order. For shipping questions, address corrections, or a package that has not arrived, email palmgymgrips@hotmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
