Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, email palmgymgrips@hotmail.com with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping when returning an item due to a change of mind. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos. Palm Grip Gym will cover the return shipping when a return is required for a confirmed defect or fulfillment error.

Refunds

We will email you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
